Charm City Run Training

Get ready to race the St Michaels 5K, 10K or 13.1!

All paces and faces are welcome! If you plan to cross the St. Michael’s finish line, there’s a place for you in our training groups.


Your training group will meet twice a week with a supportive group and expert coach, following COVID guidelines to keep everyone safe. In addition to weekly workouts, training registration includes a Charm City Run training premium, weekly training plan, and education on running-related topics (such as nutrition, hydration and injury prevention) along the way. Walking groups for our 5k program are available in Columbia, Frederick, and Timonium!

Half Marathon Training starts Saturday, February 12th

Whether it’s your first or 100th marathon, committing to your training will ensure you are ready for 13.1 miles.

10K Training starts Saturday, March 19th

8 weeks of speed workouts, hills, long runs and motivation!

5K Training starts Saturday, April 2nd

Join a 5K running group in Annapolis, Baltimore, Bel Air, Columbia, Frederick or Timonium.

Plus, walking groups available in Columbia, Frederick and Timonium!
